Before you write in

Many questions are answered quickly in these places:

• Shipping: Standard (5–8 days), Express (1–5 days), and Delivery by Founder (3–5 days, hand-delivered). Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
• Payments: We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. All prices are in INR.
• Returns and exchanges: All sales are final. If you receive the wrong item, see the section below.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. A single, uncut unboxing video showing the shipping label and the box

We can only process wrong-item claims that meet these requirements. Delays, transit damage, and loss in transit are not eligible for a refund or coupon.
